I, as a person with delayed sleep phase disorder to the point that my natural body clock is primed for being nocturnal, appreciate the Fall Back part of DST. Spring Forward is hellish nonsense.

Onerousness completed, after way too much faffing about: I actually have a doctor on this side of the Bay. (Of the one I had on the other side, the less said the better.) Next step, later this week: Get said doctor to refer me to a therapist. I don't know whether the time change shook something loose, or I just subconsciously decided it was time; I've known I needed to be in therapy at least since my heart attack in 2018, but the "behavioural psych" that Kaiser assigned me afterward to make sure I was taking my meds was ... not a great fit, and we only got two or three visits in before it fell apart.
If anyone has some therapist~ma lying around, I could use the boost. Thanks very much.
