Went to the Getty with my daughter's art class. It was great! I was hoping to post a couple pics to FB but my FB phone app isn't working. That's annoying, now I have to look it up.

I am on my way home. I've been working since 6:30am when I got on the shuttle, and I desperately need it to be pajamas and couch time as soon as possible.

Found my missing car key. It had somehow fallen into one of the gloves I was wearing. The last few days have been warm enough not to need gloves, so I didn't see it until today.

The internet was out for much of the day today over a wide area. I could have gone elsewhere to work. It was a really relaxing day including Doctor Who watching. Internet outages need to happen more often.

I just stress ate a jumbo brisket sandwich. But I earned it today: I decided against calling in sick and got rewarded with 10 hours of my inbox blowing up with blazingly overdue files that all had to go out before tomorrow regardless of how many days I was supposed to get to work on them. Including the editor who sent me TWENTY SEVEN emails today waiting until 6:30 to tell me about the two most urgent files, one of them with 120 edits.
