Are you having technical difficulties, Dana? Is the screen sharing no longer working? {{cough, cough}}
Just took CJ out to purchase his first suit. It is being tailored and will be ready for next weekend. He is going to look so nice. We briefly considered a tux as it would be great for the party and for prom (yes, he is going to prom with his girlfriend!!!). But beyond that, not as many opportunities for wear. Though, knowing him, he would create tux opportunities.
Choose tux, go tux!
I feel like Emmett would support me in this.
If we could have gotten a tux for the same cost, I think he would have chosen tux.
Fed Ex just delivered a box, a heavy box, to CJ. He was completely baffled as he hadn't ordered anything, it isn't near his birthday, no reason for the package. He opened it to find a text book from the EMT class he took (and failed out of). At first there was more confusion and then he grabbed the book and ran screaming through the house. He had done some "EMT modeling" for the next edition which wasn't expected to be published for another year or two...and yet...here it is. He has about 7 pictures in the book. Pretty cool!
CREATE tux opportunities!!
I just stress ate a small domino's thin crust pizza.
I don't know which makes me feel worse for you, the stress eating or that it had to be Domino's. If you must succumb to stress eating, it should be something you can get genuine pleasure out of.
Very cool, CJ!
I've never been so proud as the day I stress-ate a head of broccoli.
Although I'm pretty proud tonight that I made myself a proper three-item dinner!
IDK, if I'm stress eating, I'm not enjoying it, whatever it is. Probably. Then again, I don't hate Domino's. In any case, sorry you are in that situation, Noise. I hope everything eases up on you.
Neat, Suzi!
ION, I basically quit my Alzheimer's support group last fall, but I'm still on the email list, so I got an invite to a google group they set up, and one of the people who posted is like the one person from the group I think about! (Our fathers had eerily similar trajectories for a while...) So now we're in direct touch, which I like.
