Thinking of Amy today on her birthday and trying to stay focused on gratitude that she was a part of our lives. The end result is the realization that it is too soon and the sorrow over the loss of such a loving soul is still overwhelming. It may be a-myth that our loved one's spirits meet up in some afterlife, but today I am going to pretend that they are free from the pain of this life and enjoying each other's company.
Sorry, Captain. I'm real sorry. I shoulda kept better care of her. Usually she lets me know when something's wrong. Maybe she did, I just wasn't paying attention...

Connie consistently commented on ltc's baby pictures. So, I see her comments a lot. Ginger died when ltc was just a baby, but she also commented a lot in the first couple of months.

Today on the anniversary of his birth we give gratitude for the far too brief time we had with BC, aka omnis_audis. I certainly didn't know him well, but we spent quite a bit of time talking with him at the Pix/Drew wedding party. He left a strong impression. The impact he had on so many lives is quite a lovely legacy.

He was a very dear friend of mine, from long before he joined the board. We interacted in many different spheres and his presence is still keenly missed in all of them.
