Art Crawl!!!

I'm tired and couldn't find my Allegra this morning. . . which means that I cannot tell if I have a cold or it's just my allergies.

I stayed up too late reading and didn't even finish the book!

Because books.

HOUSE! So exciting, and it's really adorable.

Sick buildings are not as exciting. Same with congestion. We're all stuffy here again, but I think it's because the temp went up and it's rainy and gross.

Art Crawl!!!

Ridiculously cute Golden pup - excellent name for pup too.

Helios: so much better than the 5 million dogs named Zeus out there.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Can someone refresh my memory really quickly?

Has Newt Gingrich always been this crazy or did I just forget how he was back in the '80s?

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Newt Gingrich always been this crazy or did I just forget how he was back in the '80s?

The Tea Party folks raised the bar. I think Newt's either a) trying to catch up or b) reveling in the freedom to let his true crazy out.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Newt's always been pretty crazy, but the level of pomposity has risen considerably, something I wouldn't have thought possible.

I cannot express how much I loathe that man.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Here's a slideshow of good airport food, from Grub Street. [link] FYI.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

So, I find that list of good airport food to be controversial.

While I agree with some of the choices, the Coney Island choice at DTW and the inclusion of IN-N-OUT burger makes me wonder about all the other entries I do not know.

brillig

For Salt Lake City, it's hard to go wrong with a visit to Wasatch and Squatters brew pubs. That entry is worthy.

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Perkins, if the numbers work, the house is in good shape, and you really like it? I say grab it!

I'm still daydreaming about one that I've seen twice now. I'm not in the market, but this one has almost everything I want. I could afford it if I won the lottery or got somebody to share it with me.

Dear Universe, I truly appreciate that you gave me exactly what I asked for. But I've changed my mind. I would like a boyfriend after all. I won't go into detail; you know the specs. I trust you.
