Xander: I do have Spaghetti-os. Set 'em on top of the dryer and you're a fluff cycle away from lukewarm goodness. Riley: I, uh, had dryer-food for lunch.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Presumably your realtor brought you to the best option he had on the market that fit your criteria. It's not so hard to believe.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Basically, it's a good realtor that will show you the absolute best place for you right off the top. Sometimes buyers aren't clear with their priorities, and then you get the winnowing process. But I think you know what you want, and the fact that the realtor found it for you is not a bad thing.

Even just with the land? We looked at this lot really early. At the time the board was hesitant, so we didn't offer on it and it went off the market. It came right back on, for ten grand more, so we made the seller a cool profit. But for us, it was well worth it to have the right lot. We have truly loved it here.

(ha, xposty with the bon)

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

It doesn't seem impulsive to me either. I know it's hard to buy a house though, it just is. Most expensive purchase you'll make and all.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

All good points!

If you were to hear someone bought it already, how would you feel?

I would be sad, but not crushed, I think. I do think it will get sold pretty quickly to somebody, even it's not me, which is making me think I should try to make up my mind quickly.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Yard scenario could be changing to a more actual California landscaping which means tons less water and maintenance. So there could be options there. If you love it and want it.

Sleeeeeeeeeeeep.

Punishingly Intricate

Perkins, I didnt look at any other houses before buying mine except a few that were on a tour I had to do to get some city money. So I see no reason to write off just because it was the First house! Excited for you!! Good luck!

Now tagless for your comfort.

Perkins, we tried to make an offer on a house driving away from the viewing! But it was already in contract when we made the call. It's not crazy if you fell in love with it. Good luck on the search!

I miss Minneapolis and AT&T's 3G coverage there. Back to the sticks and my lousy coverage.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yeah, Perkins, you know what you want -- if it's this, go for it! And good luck!

I am apparently allergic to my office building. Last week, I thought I was getting a cold, but I was fine all weekend. Now I'm back here and congested again. Bleh!

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Sick building syndrome! I have that with the office I'm working out of today. Is no fun.

Yeah, it's annoying.
