Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

There are bits of the 90s pictures that go entirely over my head--I wasn't in the US yet, but I was picking up stuff. And some of it makes me want to run screaming and crying in terror.

Also, Da Bulls!

And I'd wear the entire Gap ad tomorrow, but the only part I really have is the necklace.

Our wings are not tired.

Also, Da Bulls!

Yes, that part I got!

So it looks like work is ramping into INSANITY mode in the next couple of months, just as I'm also prepping for the meeting in Spain. Lovely. I sorta saw it coming, but it all hit the fan this week.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Shit hitting is no good.

I have so much work today and precisely ZERO energy to do it. The world is sapping my will to go on.

In fun news, my school's book club ordered these: [link]

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I spent a good chunk of the afternoon dithering about what to do about my cat's food, since the vet is on vacation this week, so I couldn't get any actual advice. He's still puking up the prescription food occasionally, but no worse than the other, so I think I'm going to keep him on it for six months (barring any real indications to the contrary), and THEN bring him back in for weighing and bloodwork and whatnot. Poor boo.

Jesse, my cats had the same reaction to prescription food. I'd suggest checking the ingredients on both and seeing if there's something in common that your cat might be reacting badly to, then try finding a cat food that doesn't have that in it. I discovered that Leo is allergic to salmon, of all things for a cat to be allergic to. He lurves it, but it makes him itchy and makes his eyes gunky. And Percy throws up anything with soy in it.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

I want you to have Pork Chop, bonny, if only for the NAME.

PORK CHOP!!!

I love it so much! (And he is very cute. I would be a horrible pet owner, because I would make him wear a pig costume every Halloween. And possibly on Tuesdays and Sundays.)

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Erin, I promise you, even the most sensitive of dogs can handle being a bat or a shark once in a while.
