So many of those pictures are unfamiliar. My kids were born in 92 and 94 so I think I may have been busy at the time.
Lots of you are friends on Facebook, but if not I think the link to Kayaking Laura will still work. And do the friend request thing we haven't done that yet. [link]
The first trip was pure delight.
That's what I thought about the Gap ad, too.
I also really liked the growing-up of Leonardo DiCaprio.
Those pictures are hilarious. Sophia, there's definitely something different about the decade you were a kid in vs. the decade you became an adult in. When I was a kid and they called me Uncle Jesse, they meant the Dukes of Hazzard. When I was working at an afterschool program in college and they called me Uncle Jesse, they meant Full House.
Also, I'm currently watching the American Experience Clinton biography, so am filled with renewed love for early-90s Bill and Hillary, Al and Tipper.
Also, I can't go for it if he's going to be terrorized *and* marking all over the house if we do.
Cat marking is the worst. How sad that Switch doesn't enjoy the dog. Companionship is so nice.
I've been trolling Petfinder like an obsessed person. My favorite 'ad' today featured a caption for a Basset photo that said, "Kitty not included." That is one cat-friendly dog!
eta: Lordy. Not only did I say it twice, but in the wrong thread!
Nevermind!
Ooooohkay. Didn't need to be said twice.
I can say that Pork Chop's foster is being very communicative. Good sign.
OK- That part of the 90's I remember!
JZ, you are SO RIGHT. How could they possibly omit that one?
Also, I had that exact walkman (and a discman) when I left for Peace Corps in 2000; two years later, all the kids were coming in with MP3 players. My mind was so boggled...
I think I need my head examined. New cat (who may be Bubba--he's too goofy for Zed Astair) and Dita are still mostly segregated, the fence isn't going to happen until this summer, and yet, I am still looking at PUPPY
(not seriously though. Just WANT)
