Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.
From way back: a bezoar is a ball of swallowed foreign material (usually hair or fiber) that collects in the stomach or intestines. I've always been confused by the word being applied to other things.

So the SO's dad is home from the hospital, with compression socks and some exercises he's supposed to do to keep his blood pressure up, so they can medicate it down, so he doesn't pass out when he stands up. I'm not sure this is the right solution since he was in with a high blood pressure that wouldn't go down, but ok.
