Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Hey, when you grow up, sarameg, you could be an Ikea hacker.

Thrive to spite them

I just saw someone suggest a tip of buying onions in bulk, then cooking them and freezing in portion sizes you'd use for cooking. Then just defrost and use as needed.

Oh, but that would involve tools and tears! eta: but of course I'm going to Get Ideas now....

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Yipes Consuela! I feel for you on that one.

Beans are done. Succulent and delicious. Why isn't it dinner time yet?

I just buy onions as needed, and if I find I have too many, I start thinking onion soup.

hip deep in pie

I love onions in all forms. But I can't eat too much raw onion.

I made meatballs last night, and today I decided to make a sauce for them. I found a recipe online for a sweet and sour sauce using soy, ketchup and chilli sauce. When I see chilli sauce, I assume rooster sauce, but these are way too hot!!
