And don't forget the massive amounts of stellar radiation if you're anywhere near a star. That'll cook you up enough to feel it before you go. Alternately, if you're not near a star or in shade, you'll have time to wonder if the suffocation, boiling blood, or the freezing temperatures will win the race to take you out.

It's not a huge chance, but there's always the slim possibility that, in your brief low-resource-extra-vehicular-excursion, you could be taken out by smacking into something else at a really high velocity.
Or punctured. You could easily get punctured once or twice by micro-meteorites out there.
