Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Have fun, Jilli!

My next door neighbor/friend is having a party, which I was all excited about... but I seem to be having another panic attack. Not on, y'all. I don't understand where these are coming from, unless this one is a result of smoking too many cigarettes and then napping. I've taken a flexeril and stretched my back in the hopes that it's a... what's the opposite of psychosomatic? Like, muscle spasms are giving me the symptoms of a panic attack?

Anyway, I'm going to watch a comfort movie in bed and see if I feel any better. If I can't go, I probably won't be able to sleep, either, as it is RIGHT next door and as you know, Bob, NOLA houses have no insulation to deaden sound.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Oh, I forgot about D's party. We are back from Endymeow, and I am feeling pretty done for the day/night. I think my body's fighting something off, it's like a background feeling of unwellness, fatigue plus achy-ness plus some weird respiratory stuff. I think I need to chill out severely tonight and tomorrow.

I hope you feel OK, smonster. Can you talk to your shrink/doctor about the panic/anxiety? Some Ativan might be helpful for situational medication.

That's my other worry, that I'm getting sick. Better not be, yo. And I hope you're not, either.

I have an appointment with my doctor on Feb. 6th, I'll talk to her about it. I just don't get where it's coming from, it's been mostly out of nowhere.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Bitches, help me pick my comfort DVD! I've narrowed it to Waitress, Bend It Like Beckham, The Muppet Show, Pushing Daisies, or Buffy s3.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

I think I will go with Buffy (starting with "Anne"), and keep The Muppet Show in reserve.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Buffy. It's like a warm blankie.

Agreed.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I like Pushing Daisies, but Buffy S3 has much to recommend it.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

smonster, you inspired me to continue my Buffy rewatch. I'm on disk 3 of season 3 - The Wish. With the amount of snot in my head, I don't foresee horizontal sleeping tonight.
