I'm sorry I was hoping that things would get better without PB.
They have, totally. I'm one zen mofo these days. But my crew accidentally busted out the back window of our truck today loading scrap, so I had to fill out *another* incident report and it's Another Big Deal and I know safety is important, but the environment feels very critical and not very supportive. IDK.
Did you put dots in it? The commander likes the dots.

I just queried Felicia Day and Mark Cuban for quotes for an article I'm writing.
Never let it be said I do not have girlnads of adamantium.

Ok, more work.

Forgot the fucking dots.
We have this one person who is a total, ridiculous drama llama and the biggest gossip and so unprofessional. I'm just tired of her shit. And yet, twice today I told her and her staff about a potential safety hazard/expense and she hasn't done shit about it.
If you are truly going to foster a safe environment, people have to FEEL SAFE in reporting issues, and not that they're going to get their heads ripped off by a drama llama or be in danger of losing their job or putting the whole program at risk.
UGGGGH.
God. I'm having an anxiety attack with all this BS.
Dag, girl, you're gonna end up on the boat, at this rate. Or Evidence Control.
In all seriousness, that does sound tough...
Perhaps, when someone goes all drama llama on you, you should threaten to go all pre-Columbian on their ass.
smonster, I'm so sorry.

Gurl, you know I feel you on this. I literally said at the last ORS meeting that they needed to stop treating their employees like children and making them feel unsafe, and stop making them fear for their jobs every time they mess up, because then they lie to me. Which will never happen.
ION, after twelve years, I have a car!
