When you look back at this, in the three seconds it'll take you to turn to dust, I think you'll find the mistake was touching my stuff.

Spike's Bitches 47: Someone Dangerous Could Get In

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Your previous behaviour belies that.

Why is belie such a hard word? It should be really easy. "Lie" is right there. But I'm always confused.

You can't leave me to my own devices; my devices are Nap and Eat. -Zenkitty

After trying all the usual options that you are clearly already doing, we had to resort to kitty prozac.

He doesn't pee the bed or anything, but Jordan gets so neurotic sometimes, primarily around getting fed. My roommate & I have to feed him small portions multiple times a day, otherwise he gorges and pukes, and he's constantly worried we're never going to feed him again (you should here how worked up he gets when we're both gone all day).

I have occasionally considered refilling one of my prozac prescriptions and lightly dosing his food, to see if that would get him to calm down.

We're listening to the sdtrk to The Muppets this morning which makes JZ get up and dance in the kitchen every four minutes.

Awesomeness! I swore I posted a reply to JZ's pic links the other day, and how pretty the Zmayhems are still, but it seems the finger didn't make it to the Post Message button.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Speaking of neurotic animals. I have once again negotiated with terrorists. After a three day hunger strike, we are back on the super pricy woo-woo natural dog chow.

Actually, I'm unclear where the negotiating part was.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

You gotta dress 80s.

You know I love that shit. Speaking of, I need to get my outfit together for tonight! I need to mend a seam on my vintage dress (the one I wore to the DC f2f) and see if I can get a stain out, and either make/decorate a mask or figure out some crazy ass eye makeup. And give myself a mani-pedi, and change the bed, and clean the house, and do dishes, and holy crap I need a nap.

Oh. My. GOD. So funny. I may have to send that link to my supervisor.

My roommate & I have to feed him small portions multiple times a day, otherwise he gorges and pukes,

One of my cats does this. The other would rather chew on plastic than eat food, ISTG.

brillig

In conclusion, Jilli is never ever going to visit my house ever, and quite possibly not my entire city either.

I'm afraid I took a pledge years ago that Australia--and most of South America, for that matter--were off the travel list. Unless surrounded by a band if vigilant Jillifont hunters.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

The pup's owners claimed it. It would be sad, but, you know, owners. Tomorrow we go out to see some Labradoodles a nice lady has out in Tehatchapee and we are keeping our eye on the Pasadena site for new pups. We also found some mastiff/mix pups at a rescue andvmay go see them, too.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

I saw the coolest door (it's on my Pinterest) with a clear Jillfont stained glass window. You could barely see the tiny Jillifont on it, and the door was on this really cool hobbit-like stone house.

ARGH. Jilli needs to get an Pinterest (because you need another time-suck, right?) because I see so MANY things, and I'm all "JILLI! Must show...oh, damnitall."

ION, The first 3 eps of Sherlock on are Netflix, and I finally drank the Kool-Aid and watched them late last night (I worked for 4 more hours after the Great Ex Hoo-rah (she hasn't called me back or emailed or anything, dur)) and then I was all "That's it's, I am DONE."

I HIGHLY approve of this TV show! Who gets the toaster for this one?

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Isn't it wonderful?

There are 3 more eps, although they're not on in the US (BBCA) until...March? May? Some "m" month. Propriety would say that you must experience the pain of waiting (preferably a year and a half), but this is Bitches.
