Things that are ironical and shit:
I finally figure out how to look up mental health providers on my insurance's website (it's convoluted, and totally different from all other kinds of providers). I tell it to find me someone within a few miles, who does cognitive behavior therapy. Cause that sounds...practical and useful and shit. Three names....one of whom is an ex (for whom I have zero respect as a person and wouldn't take advice from if I was drowning and he was telling me where to find a lifevest).
