Also, why on earth would they make you wait 24 hours to contest a parking ticket?? (Well, to discourage you from actually doing it, I assume. ARGH.)

I don't think the people who enforce these crazy parking procedures understand that if you yourself is disabled, or have a disabled child, taking care of a disabled adult, that you have a lot of bullshit you go through every day. It can be very tiring and the last thing they need is more bullshit.
