Something to talk about with the doctors.

If you've got the insurance / coverage / vague medical things, it's an easy test actually. It was something I found out a long time ago in Phoenix during allergy testings of all things. It wasn't massively useful in my life until I moved to Portland. Now it's something I am really aware of and careful of, but also something that is relatively easily dealt with between medication and lifestyle awareness.

I was out actually late last night. Huh.

I slept late, for me--until after 8:00.

And now I am going to attempt making it out of the house, to Target, before the crowds get there.

I volunteered in the church nursery this morning and got to play with under-twos and hold a four-month-old baby, who promptly spit up on me twice and then beamed. LOVE.

Emmett is impressive!

Demo went ok last night. Not enough space in the bar to do an effective demonstration of derby techniques but the floor was AWESOME to skate on. I could have skated all night on that floor. Sadly, I had to take my skates off to drink a beer (that's a league rule).

I have managed to clean off my desk and make space beside my laptop to actually do some work on the surface. I just haven't figured out where to put all the stuff I took off the desk.
