Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I think the vote is totally Olyphant. I don't even see grounds for discussion. Renner who?

eta: What are you gonna do? Make it a good movie? Cult favourites (I'm looking at you, RHPS) should not be redone.

Man do I hate online applications. HATE. Then again, I also hate dealing with real people, so I guess online is better than going into a HR department.

Chips, salsa, and cheese is a valid lunch, right?

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

They are both sexy. But Olyphant is handsome and sexy.

So after the Zenni Optical link last week, I went ahead and ordered Bob a pair of sunglasses as a surprise. Just as a data point, they checked with me to make sure my order correctly had him as having one nearsighted and one farsighted eye. So, good customer service so far!

Someone must have done a manip of Olyphant as Plissken. I would love to see that.

I wonder how many people went "Kurt Russell???" when Escape from New York was announced. Because I know I went: "But he's the guy from all those Disney movies!"

tv, was just for one day

How did it go, overall?

CJ is still on a tech hiatus. I did agree to give him his computer an hour a day, plus as needed for homework. But I still have the PS3 controllers and his PSP.

He has been pretty good about it and his behavior has improved.

I don't remember if I mentioned it here. When CJ returned form California he came with a brand new FIFA soccer ball. Apparently my dad thinks he isn't active enough. Four plus hours of karate in a slow week, random push-ups/crunches at home, biking to and from school, plus PE aren't enough. Has he looked at the boy? I know genetics are against him, but he is a string bean and has more muscles that most 14 year olds.

there was overly dramatic pouting and noise about how I do not care about him and maybe something about how he is just terribly mistreated.

Because books.

He has been pretty good about it and his behavior has improved.

Excellent, Suzi! Plus, it gives you more time to discuss Supernatural.

What?

TV access is in the constitution. Somewhere. Right?

I saw a mention of Mad Max elsewhere, and all of a sudden I'm having Tom Hardy thoughts. Was that just a rumour? I don't see it on his IMDB. I do see Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, though--but I don't remember the book well enough to recall anything about the character he's playing. But Cumberbatch! Firth! Nom.

And then there's an MMA film, which means shirtlessness and combat and sweating, oh my.
