We have something in the neighborhood of 6", and we do have power. The main downside is that the hub had to go in to work at 6, and now I'm fretting a little about him getting home.

And the snow just started.
I better run to TJs while I can.
Happy Birthday, Jesse, Theo, and Rayne!
My dog just got lost in the snow. Poor blind poodle. Luckily she's black, so she's easy to spot.
Calli, let me know if your flight's delayed, so I know to check on Leifur.
I should get some birthday groceries, but I think I can put that off (I'll double-check the milk), but I definitely need to do some birthday laundry.
Power's back!!! Make coffee, plug in the iPhone!!
Happy Birthdays!
I am boycotting getting dressed for a bit. Flannel pjs are just too comfy.
I think today I will hit cvs and walgreens to see what after Christmas bargains can be had. Maybe a couple other stores too. This is a smallish town and Walmart is the big store, but I won't shop there.
Timelies all!
Happy Birthday Jesse, Theo and Rayne!
It's supposed to snow here, but it hasn't started yet.
Happy birthday to Jesse, Theo and Rayne! I was distracted by the not having power.
I'm still looking into a Tracphone. Hubby is under the impression that minutes get used even if you have it on, not just when you're getting or receiving a call. I seem to have stumbled upon an odd Luddite section of my beloved, like my mother and ATMs. Am I correct that minutes only get used when you're actually connecting with a Tracphone?
Connie, it's only when you use the phone. But minutes expire. Usually the more minutes you buy, the longer you have to use them. If you buy, say 20minutes, you may have to use them within 30-60 days.
