Maybe ask the other people too? And go once and then be busy/bring lunch from home if he tries to ask again?

I just refilled my anti-anxiety meds and realized it has been almost a year since the last refill. Not sure if that is good or bad. Should I have been using them more or are my anti-depressants doing their job and keeping my panic attacks under control ahead of time?
