I was out last week with my brother, SiL and nephew. My nephew was arguing that the restaurant we were in (a chain) didn't qualify as a place where you had to take off your hat to eat.
In college I went with a friend of mine to a bar after a show. He had grey in his hair from the show and was wearing a baseball cap, and they didn't ask him to take it off, they asked him to turn it around backwards. I always thought that was weird.

I haven't encountered many men wearing hats that obscure their eyes.
I've gotten into at least one argument with my father about baseball caps at restaurants. It's surprising to me that it was even an issue, but he has become pretty indulgent of his comforts (he was cold) in his old age. I thought it was unacceptable.
Does this guy ever take his hat off?
Those hat wearers better not go into a bar on a Navy base. When they find out they're going to have to buy a round for everyone in the bar, they'll get to taking it off pretty damn fast.
Had my last session this morning with my analyst before he takes his two-week vacation. Could have gone better.

I thought women could wear hats indoors because they were required to keep their heads covered in church and that confused the issue. You'd typically still put a hat on as you went out and take it off as you came in, seems like. Though I am basing this assertion on vague memories of female behavior in novels and movies that I cannot cite.
Hats pulled low enough do, or maybe I'm just wearing heels or taller than a lot of guys I hang around.
Today is going to be my downfall. My 10am had exactly 2 of the 5 must have people in it. My boss and I were thisclose to telling Development and QA we added a bunch of stuff to their next release.
I am sorely tempted to send out a fake post meeting file to those guys with everything that was to be addressed today slated for next week.
