I went to Xoco when I was in Chicago for work last year. The pork belly vermicelli was AMAZING, and I got one of the sandwiches to go for my breakfast the next day and it was equally as yummy!
I'm taking tomorrow off of work so I can go to a doctor's appointment in the morning and finish off my project before class in the evening. Since I should be done in Skokie by noon, I think I'll be stopping by Cafe Laguardia West in Oak Park for lunch. I've been wanting to try a jibarito, and they have them there.
Some amazing guacamole, ceviche, and shrimp cocktail. I don't even want to call it shrimp cocktail because it resembles no shrimp cocktail I've ever had.
