I have to admit, some of those typo slides went totally over my head. But more than one seemed illegible at my resolution.
Sometimes, a photo shoot homage is really cool. Sometimes I just eyeroll. It may be the fact that I just can't give Jennifer Aniston credit for anything. She bores me.
Tom, time to call?
CO gov candidate: Denver mayor's pro-bicycle ideas part of UN New World Order conspiracy
"At first, I thought, 'Gosh, public transportation, what's wrong with that, and what's wrong with people parking their cars and riding their bikes? And what's wrong with incentives for green cars?' But if you do your homework and research, you realize [the public transport initiative] is part of a greater strategy to rein in American cities under a United Nations treaty."—noted nutjob and Colorado Republican gubernatorial candidate Dan Maes.
There's at least one CO town on a major cross-country bike route that just banned bikes. I hear a town in another state in the Midwest is trying to follow suit. [link]
Prop 8 was ruled unconstitutional...watching on CNN.

Awesome! God seeing all those happy people is making me tear up. I can't understand how anyone could be indifferent to those faces.
Yay! Go CA judicial system!
A quote from the decision:
Proposition 8 fails to advance any rational basis in singling out gay men and lesbians for denial of a marriage license. Indeed the evidence shows Proposition 8 does nothing more than enshrine in the California constitution the notion that opposite sex couples are superior to same sex couples.
more:
Plaintiffs do not seek recognition of a new right. To characterize plaintiffs’ objective as "the right to same-sex marriage" would suggest that plaintiffs seek something different from what opposite-sex couples across the state enjoy —— namely, marriage. Rather, plaintiffs ask California to recognize their relationships for what they are: marriages.
