You're wrong about River. River's not on the ship. They didn't want her here, but she couldn't make herself leave. So she melted... Melted away. They didn't know she could do that, but she did.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

I assumed it would go in a more Harriet Beecher Stowe direction.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I assumed it would go in a more Harriet Beecher Stowe direction.

That would be unusually high-brow for urbandictionary.com.

Always Anti-fascist!

Heh...Daisy Jane, I was *just* on my way to change my tag to "I'll leave things on your wall so obscene, your computer will cry." But I like this one too. Heh...my friends, right there with the vulgarities or stories of corpses left in rowhouses for a week. Do y'all know what I like or what? Of course I'm also on a lj community where someone has an icon titled "invisible flipoff", featuring Emanuel's missing digit. No, it isn't me. But I wish.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I assumed it would go in a more Harriet Beecher Stowe direction.

On urbanedictionary.com, maybe.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

I should change mine to "In conclusion: Boo-fucking-hoo"

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I assumed it would go in a more Harriet Beecher Stowe direction.

I assumed it would go in a Tom of Finland direction...

I looked up mine for facebook, and it made me laugh and laugh:

1)Any strange, alien personage; reference to the strangeness of mermaids 2)An elderly woman participating in pornography

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

My dad would argue that deregulation ruined airlines.

I've heard this a lot, though mind you, usually from people who work for airlines. But it maps closely enough to what I've seen in *other* industries that I can't just dismiss it out of hand as sour grapes from workers.

As for telco dereg, the media consolidation that followed wasn't what I'd call a net positive for humanity.
