I don't have any hard evidence for my conclusion, I should say - just "voice". When I was looking, there were forums, and there was a thread on the history of TVTropes and somebody asking "Who was Gus, anyway." Fast Eddie did the talking there, and did discuss Gus as a deceased founder.

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, pandas, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
You just have to laugh about this part:
One day, deep in the middle of a thread about Buffy writer Tim Minear
OMG, I just read that link.
Oh good lord.
I have to keep reminding myself to work well with others and not dominate the discussion--everyone in the group is really smart, but one is pretty quiet, another is also a bit reticent, the third is really interested in discussing stuff but gets off track, so I was working with the more reticent member to keep her reined in and focused. We gave the quiet guy the task of presenting our results to the class to draw him out more.
Your instinct is good, but if you're ever in a group with deadweight (I should say when you are), don't be afraid to steamroll. Better to end up with a good project than be a good team player, sometimes.
Buffy writer Tim MinearOf course it was.
Well, this is distracting me from worrying about Casper, who got a crown today and is in pain. I actually reread the Bureaucracy thread about Gus last week while bored at work, coincidentally enough.
Buffy writer Tim Minear
Oh god, I just caught that. Heh.
You know, Tim should just get a time machine and go back in time to write for Buffy. It'd be the easiest solution to the confusion.
Our professorial types might get a kick out of this. The student in question strikes me as a New Guy in the making, too.
