Trust my rage

Charities in Houston asking for proof of immigration status before giving donated toys to poor kids:

That is just wrong. And dumb because very few people come here illegally with very young kids. I mean, it happens, but it's really rare.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I just watched two people standing inside their closet (with a camera crew!) talking about how tiny it is.

Bwah!

I could totally do that!

I don't know if people will pay to have their head photoshopped onto Batman.

No, what am I saying? Of course, people will pay for that.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I clicke don the link about the toys and was not in the least surprised that it was the SA. They just fired one of our tenants from being a bellringer because he wasn't bringing in enough money.

Our wings are not tired.

So much for the Christmas spirit.

If the kids had been responsible enough to be born to parents with proper immigration status, then they could have their toys. This seems perfectly reasonable. Sort of like how kids need to learn to select parents who can afford to give them health care.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

I thought that the usual answer to the argument that we should help anybody because it's the decent thing to do is, "That's a job for charities, not for the government." I guess it's not a job for charities, either.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

And naturally they're familiar with all types of immigration status, like asylee applicant, T-visa, VAWA self-petitioner, PRUCOL...

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I'm pretty sure none of that gobbledygook equals AMERICAN.

Hell, I don't know why they can't just look at the people and listen to them talk, and figure out who's an American!

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Hell, I don't know why they can't just look at the people and listen to them talk, and figure out who's an American!

Hell yeah! Plus, why do we have to have trials and defense attorneys for people who are obviously guilty?
