Good morning, Tom!

Today's my last day of work this week. WOOT!

Did Tom Scola just yell? My world is askew.

Last night was a bit unpleasant in our house. I am hoping for a smooth day today, but I have already realized there were three things I was supposed to do last week or yesterday that I did not. Ooops.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I have too many cooks in the work kitchen, and they are all trying to make a project bigger than it needs to be. Oy.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Good morning folks. I am going to try to grade a paper before everyone else wakes up. heh.

Sorry for the bad night, msbelle. My kids are always full of beans around the holidays.

Because books.

My kids are always full of beans around the holidays.

Heh. My mother-in-law used to say that when the kids were being ornery. That, and "full of piss and vinegar."

Sorry about the evening, msbelle.

My mom used both those lines too, that's probably why I use them.

Speaking of, my youngest is wakeful. This is not good for grading.

I once told Casper she was full of beans, and she said, "No I'm not. I'm full of grapes!"

The Holidays is probably a factor. Grandparents being here this weekend is another. Having to go to court tomorrow for US adoption decree finality is yet another. No blows, so that was good, but his reading notebook with 2.5 months of homework may be destroyed beyond repair, certainly every page with work on it was torn out.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

It looks like W superimposed Demi Moore's face on a (much younger) model's body for her cover shot: [link]

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

And they even photoshopped down that model's body -- partly by just removing a big piece of her hip: [link]
