So...if you drink an entire pot of chai, eat only an apple and a quarter of a tortilla with a slice of ham? Your whole swim, you'll feel like you've taken a hit of albuterol or whatever that inhaler was I had to use when I got bronchitis. Oh my god, that was weird.
