Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Cute!

I have apple tarts in the oven. I hope they come out!

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

They'll come out, you just have to open the oven door and grab 'em.

Heh. They did come out of the oven, seem like they will come out of the pan, and also seem like the will come out delicious! Easy as pie.

What do you mean? I think I only know that New Shoes song -- that's him, right?

The twice I've seen him sing they've been soulsy numbers, him hunched over and waggling an index finger for emphasis. Didn't see that coming.

So...if you drink an entire pot of chai, eat only an apple and a quarter of a tortilla with a slice of ham? Your whole swim, you'll feel like you've taken a hit of albuterol or whatever that inhaler was I had to use when I got bronchitis. Oh my god, that was weird. Fast, and probably the evenest swim I've had, but I though my head was about to spin off or evaporate or something.

OK, shower and errands.

I went for a walk in the neighborhood, and was not that excited. I did go to the bakery that got mentioned all the time in craigslist ads, and it was good, but not life-changing. Also, mobbed. I dunno, Boston.
