What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Pears are very good. Especially with oatmeal, butter, sugar and cinnamon, baked in an oven for half an hour.

See, I have been thinking there has to be a pear pie, but no one will believe me.

They have all sorts of pears. Some are tangy, some are sweet, some are hard, some are soft. I can't keep track of which ones I like the most. All I know is that the Harry and David pear I had a couple years ago was heavenly.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Do you have a vitamin deficiency? Are you pregnant? If not quit worrying about it.

I'm not really "worrying" about it. Just trying to be nutritious and all.

I've seen pear tarts in the local grocery.

Happy Birthday, Jilli!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I love underripe pears.

Oh, the texture! So hard on my gums.

My vitamin deficiencies are such that I can't reasonably make them up via diet. I'm supposed to be on some insane amount of vitamin D. Which reminds me, I need to re-up that prescription. It's more than is practical over the counter.

I'm thinking you can make pie out just almost any non-citrus fruit.

They were saying they would get too mushy. But pumpkin pie is mushy! That is not a good argument.

I'm thinking you can make pie out just almost any non-citrus fruit.

Mission Pie has a Shaker lemon pie. It's very lemon-y, with the peel and everything. I have not had it, but...hey, they also had a pear-ginger pie! Which my friend had! While I went for apple-rhubarb! I'm glad I LJ all these details.

Hey, key lime pie! That's citrus too. Although it's a different sort of pie than the pie you probably mean.
