This means a graphic would need to be created, copy written, creative reviewed, legal reviewed and ready to go by no later than EOD today.
Ha ha ha ha. Right.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

smonster, I know they are doing an OCD study here at Hopkins
Thanks for the link. I did find some good stuff. I may need to join a group. What I read confirmed what I suspected, which is that enabling the OCD is Not a Good Thing and only reinforces the behavior.
DJ, what a PITA. Hang in there! Yay for Friday.
Ugh. I hate that. My cube is sort of on one of the main routes through our office. People are constantly pedeconferencing past me. It's one of the reasons self-laugher drives me so crazy.
I should not have to shout "GET A (conference)ROOM!" at work.
It will be fine, as it was already caught, and they'll just have to deal with the placement issue, because while, yeah the designer could probably resize and redo a comp 1)I'm not making him do that because he's busy and it's not his fuckup. 2)It would look like crap and that would be on him. So, nope. Not going to do it.
I did tell them both that it might behoove them to look at the rest of December to make sure Promotions are covered.
I'm near one of the exits to the lobby, and actually got to overhear a great pedeconference a couple hours ago. Someone else trying to do an end run to the big boss. Tsk, tsk.
The Galaxy Dress is composed of 24,000 LEDs, each measuring two by two millimeters, attached to four layers of chiffon and forty layers of crinoline. The whole thing can be powered by a few iPod batteries for up to an hour. It’s one of the recent creations of CuteCircuit, a design firm specializing in “wearable technology.”
Don't wear that to the airport! Especially in Boston.
Never mind--thought better of posting that.
In other book news, I'm re-reading More Tales of the City, and my copy has pictures from the mini-series inside, and there was Colin! I think I once knew he was Burke, but forgot. Good times.
In case anyone else is close to someone with OCD, I found a recommendation for Herb Gravitz's book "OCD, Help for the Family." Now to see if one of my libraries has it...
Don't ever call me whitey.
That's why I didn't go there.
