Y'all see the man hanging out of the spaceship with the really big gun? Now I'm not saying you weren't easy to find. It was kinda out of our way, and he didn't want to come in the first place. Man's lookin' to kill some folk. So really it's his will y'all should worry about thwarting.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Man, I must be sick, because the thought of macaroni and cheese cupcakes is making me kind of nauseated. Which is just not right, because they must be awesome. Even though I kind of hate her.

AD is up there with The Shield in terms of tight continuity.

Oh, that reminds me: I showed my mom the first episode of The Shield last weekend, because I'd been thinking she might like it.

The end of the pilot is still awfully effective. She was a little bit stunned by it. After she'd recovered, she decided that Vic was basically Little Bill from Unforgiven, which I liked a lot.

Always Anti-fascist!

It doesn't sound appealing to me either, Dana.

feels Dana's forehead.

I kind of hate her, too. First, I don't trust a skinny cook. Second, she looks like a ghoul when she smiles because her mouth is 20 feet wide.

however, her food is generally simple and good.

I use mini tart pans to make my gruyere mac and cheese, so it comes in little round individual portions for dinner parties. I tried using the muffin tin, but I found that in order to cook it enough that the bottom got done, it dried out. The moisture in the vegetables may take care of that in this case though.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Giada and Rachel are both FN personalities whose recipes I will use but cannot stand their shows. Giada's big head scares me, and Rachel, well, ZOMGWTFPERKY.

I'm am with you, Jess. The shows, NSM, but the recipes are good for me.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Oh, that reminds me: I showed my mom the first episode of The Shield last weekend, because I'd been thinking she might like it.

I was thinking about The Shield yesterday and wondering where it should fall on my "Shows I will eventually get around to watching maybe" list.

I may have to seize the cat.

Okay tiny quiches are out of the tin and finishing cooling and look v. pretty. Note to self: excellent party food if I make 2 or 3 batches (i. e., 24-36 quiches, not just 12). SavingDinner.com's Big Breakfast and Lunch Ebook for the recipe.
