Wash: You want a slinky dress? I can buy you a slinky dress. Captain, can I have money for a slinky dress? Jayne: I'll chip in. Zoe: I can hurt you.

'Shindig'

Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

I liked both iterations of LOM especially after the American one quit paralleling the UK episodes so closely.

I haven't seen the US version, but I should - the trailer made it look rather fun. I'd be interested to see where they took the story.

Hee. As I recall, Kirk passed the test by hacking into the computer program and rewriting it.

This is what I'm saying.

I suppose this means I should genetically engineer my kid.

But not so much this.

I trust though, that you will think outside the diaper.

Love is stronger than death and harder than sorrow. Those who practice it are fierce like the light of stars traveling eons to pierce the night.

I suppose this means I should genetically engineer my kid.

If you decide to subcontract this, try to get the one that did Bashir and not the one who did Khan.

Much doggy~ma and peace~ma for both you and Bartleby, bonny.

Shir, I'm sorry you are in such a tough situation with your best friend. It really seems off to me that a good friend cannot accept "I do not want to talk right now" as an answer.

Ann, that's a ferret.

“Not dead yet!”

OMG, I am so, so sleepy. Had an upset stomach all last night and didn't sleep for squat and now I'm sitting here yawning those huge, jaw-breaking, throat hurting yawns.

And I need to get in the car and go run errands. This will not be fun.

Thanks Andi, and

bonny, give Bartleby a skritch for us and our cats.

Done and done, fredpete. He enjoyed it!

He's still sleeping and I've been watching Castle and the Unusuals but I'm running out of teevee and have to work at noon. I'm going to have to either deal with the horror of his bashing the cone or tie him to me.

Librarian Warlord

Much continued ~ma for Bartleby and for you, bonny.

Also continued ~ma for Aims, who I hope we will get news from soon.

Finals are over! Yay! Go away students! (oops, did I say that out loud?)

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Well, I slept a little longer, and my shoulder feels a bit better. Still not great. I'm trying to decide whether I should go into the office this afternoon. There's a bunch of work I really ought to do.

I'm with you. I want the undergrads to finish. It's now impossible to get a parking space, to get into the library, to get a computer with data analysis software, or to get a seat in any cafe on campus. I'm attempting to go around with a "Well you should have started earlier, shouldn't you?" look on my face (but this isn't freeing up any parking yet).

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

Hope the Empress is okay.
