Much ~ma to your mom, Suzi.
I have been all healthy today. I took a walk this afternoon, I had healthy things for meals, I had fruit for snacks when I was hungry, and I just chopped up some cauliflower to make a healthy dinner tomorrow. (I hate cutting up vegetables, and usually, by the time I starting thinking about cooking dinner, I don't have the patience for it. I do much better with planning meals a day in advance and chopping up all the veggies the night before.) Tomorrow's dinner also has carrots and onions and a few other things, but those aren't nearly as annoying to cut up as cauliflower is, so I can do them tomorrow.
Eww. Just sorted through my basket of onions, and a bunch of them were moldy. With the weather as humid as it's been the past month or so, I should probably be buying fewer of them and more often.
Hil, I had the same onion problem
ast week. It's usually not a problem in my apartment, so it must have been the humidity.

Hil exact same problem here in Olympia, WA. And yes, we've had unusual amounts of humidity too.
I just got an email from one of my students, complaining that it's not fair that he got a B with an average of 83.5, when one of his friends got a C+ with an average of 70, and he wants me to explain my grading policy to him.
He's a mathematician?
You sure B wasn't too generous?
Well, it's better than last year, when a student emailed me five times to ask me to raise her grade from an A- to an A. She didn't actually have any argument for why she deserved a higher grade than her average gave her, but she just kept asking, even though I said no every time.
Mom and I are having a girl's only Mother's Day weekend, and I am heading to bed now not remembering the last time I went to bed without TCG next to me. It's weird.
