It's always interesting, arriving here after a night of activity on the other side of the pond. Zombie crocs. OK then.
I need to get more interested in my dissertation topic. At the moment it's like, hey, that would be cool to read, and literature begetting literature until I just end up doing a lot of reading. No production of any actual work. I am completely failing every time I attempt to write a single sentence.
Meh. Back to that paper I just found on Google Scholar.
Heh, me I am mostly hard at work (OK, pausing for a sec, but...really! Working!). Even though it's 1:30AM. Because, see, I didn't do much today. And then I napped from like, 5-8:30? So I'm kind of awake. And I was overdue on sending this one thing in, and then I got all into it, and I knew that this other thing was due, and...I was awake!
And that's when the working from home thing starts sounding both good AND crazy.
Decided to try Google's website publisher.
Can anyone see this photo scan of my mom and dad?

Daniel, I can see it. Adorable!
I can see the scan, too, Daniel. What a lovely couple!
That's a lovely picture, Daniel!
Aw, that's such a lovely picture, Daniel.
requesting some ~ma for Tom, he's off on his naturalization interview/citizenship test. If all goes well, he'll be an red blooded Amurrican! He is psyched to be able to vote, he's been a bystander far too long...
Go Tom!
(And I have every faith. Every person I've ever known who came to this country as an immigrant knew more than 95% of the natural-born citizens I ever encountered.)

Wow. That's a tight-knit circle.
