Someone sent a recipe in for the cookbook for a picnic dessert which was basically orange sections soaked in Kahlua. I've always meant to try it because it does sound delish.

They usually have cheese platters or things like that at the grocery store, so that might be the best option at this point.

Omnis, if you haven't gone yet, frozen fruit goes over really well at these types of things. I try to soak it in prosecco and then freeze it, but you don't have time for that.

Remember the lime green Texas with the platinum blonde? Next night featured black and white puss print with again, a lime green cummerbund and cream colored, raffia-heeled wedges.
There were some egregious misuses of sequins. A cocktail dress with motorcycle boots and a formal pantsuit with flip-flops. Some serious lacks of foundation garments.
There were also some really gorgeous gowns and cocktail dresses too, so it was a pretty nice balance, all things considered.
I looked kind of eggplantish, but the Girls had a good time coming out to play. I'm not accustomed to being quite so... lush.

It wasn't a particularly long or hard paper, but I just was NOT into it. At all.
Nevertheless, it is done, pending Aims checking over my in-text citations to make sure they're in APA format.

Huh, i prefer rice cooked on stovetop, apparently. I have now given up on my rice cooker as it tends to burn the rice on the bottom and leaves it super dry. Might just be that it is old and defective, but good to know that i prefer the stovetop alternative.
