P-C, $1500 is the lower limit on requirment to file a report with the DMV, so if the damage is just 900 you aren't required to file the report.
OMG, lusting after Neville. But yes, i predicted this long ago. He was clearly destined to grow up into HAWTness, mmmm, much like the aptly names Oliver Wood (i think that was the right name, the first year Griffindor Quiddich coach).
