I'm not sure how old he is, but I heard him use the word 'newfangled' one time, so he's gotta be pretty far gone.

Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

And then, a month or 6 weeks after starting it, I realized that, huh, THIS is how other people feel ALL THE TIME?

Or, if you're me - well, I guess maybe I might feel a little better, kind of? also, zzzz...

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

Damn, I take a lot of pills.

Medications: 2 for blood pressure; 1 for ADD; 1 for anxiety; 1 anti-cancer; 1 for GERD; 1 for sleeping; 1 as-needed for anxiety; 3 inhaled asthma drugs; and daily handfuls of ibuprofen and antihistamines, plus the hydrocodone I'm taking right now to grit out the five weeks until my ortho appointment for the tendinitis. (There are only three weeks left now. I keep calling hoping for a cancellation. I want my cortisone shot. Sob.)

Better living through chemistry.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

I'm down to thyroid meds and vitamins, and OTC for pain. I see my new doc tomorrow. I suspect that state of affairs won't last.

Thanks, all, for the hugging.

The storm is passing; I'm still at work for 2 hours, but then I will sleep. I'll be able to, now.

I wish TCG had mentioned he was going to be working late before I bought heavy, perishable groceries. Ouch.

Totally off the wall: I just remembered I'm part of the Facebook group "I am Incapable of Distinguishing Between Reality and the Venture Brothers" (because I want to be either Dr. Orpheus, or the Monarch, when I grow up...but, alas, am much more like Master Billy Quizboy).

I'm going to link to the photo that "represents" the group - it's 2 guys cosplaying Venture Bros characters.

I almost COMM'd grapefruit juice through my nose.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

That ain't right.

But it did make me laugh.

The orange prison jumpsuits! The Monarch's "Is what I *think* is happening actually happening?" expression.

Priceless.

edited to say: misspelling everything, must edit EVERY POST.

Can I look at Facebook pictures if I'm not a member of Facebook? My older sister sent an email that she was putting pictures up, and I'm reluctant to get an account.
