Jayne, your mouth is talking. You might wanna look to that.

Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

I'm down to thyroid meds and vitamins, and OTC for pain. I see my new doc tomorrow. I suspect that state of affairs won't last.

Thanks, all, for the hugging.

The storm is passing; I'm still at work for 2 hours, but then I will sleep. I'll be able to, now.

I wish TCG had mentioned he was going to be working late before I bought heavy, perishable groceries. Ouch.

Totally off the wall: I just remembered I'm part of the Facebook group "I am Incapable of Distinguishing Between Reality and the Venture Brothers" (because I want to be either Dr. Orpheus, or the Monarch, when I grow up...but, alas, am much more like Master Billy Quizboy).

I'm going to link to the photo that "represents" the group - it's 2 guys cosplaying Venture Bros characters.

I almost COMM'd grapefruit juice through my nose.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

That ain't right.

But it did make me laugh.

The orange prison jumpsuits! The Monarch's "Is what I *think* is happening actually happening?" expression.

Priceless.

edited to say: misspelling everything, must edit EVERY POST.

Can I look at Facebook pictures if I'm not a member of Facebook? My older sister sent an email that she was putting pictures up, and I'm reluctant to get an account.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

connie, if she makes them public, you can look at them without an account. Alternatively, direct links skirt the privacy filters.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

2 vitamins

I'm vitamin-wacky. Multi-vitamin (actually a children's multi, because I eat decently enough that I get *some* of my vitamins through food and therefore don't need a multi with 100% of the adult RDA, despite the list of other vitamins I'm about to unfurl, which clearly contradicts my claim to not need a supplement with 100% of the adult RDA), probiotic, vitamin B complex, vitamin C, vitamin D, omega 3 oil capsule. And calcium/magnesium at bedtime.

Yeah, I know. I'm like one step away from being Howard Hughes.

In my weak defense, the vitamin D is just an experiment, and seems to be doing nothing, so I'll probably stop taking it when it runs out.

And I totally have justifications for all the vitamins!

Multi -- well, it fills in the gaps where I'm deficient
Probiotic -- I have the guts of doom
Vitamin B complex -- for my heart (thanks, Dad)
Vitamin C -- my immune system is for shit
Fish oil -- again, for my heart (thanks again, Dad)
Calcium/magnesium -- I take that mostly for the magnesium, for muscle aches and better sleep, but magnesium is better absorbed with calcium, which I probably need anyway.
