[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

I agree to see this new guy (met via okcupid, by the way) and then I see horriblex. I don't like the coinky-dinkness of it.

I agree with libkitty. It's just to remind you that there is crapola out there and this one will not be that. Yay, dating!

The status is NOT quo.

sj, if you've got the right body type to rock a Trashy Diva dress (which you surely do, as you proved on Prom night), IMO you almost certainly have the right body type to rock a corset too, even if you never lose an ounce.

sj, I have a black Trashy Diva Trixie 2 dress (this one in black) that I bought a year ago when the sale started but that never fit me right. I know short women are supposed to look good in the dress (and JZ rocks hers), but something about my body type just doesn't work with it. I don't remember what size it is off the top of my head (medium maybe?), but I would be happy to mail it to you to see if it fits you better. If not, you could pass it on to another Buffista! It needs a good home. Also, yay pre-birthday tipsy!

{{{{erin}}}} It sucks to be in that situation.

Go Bonny and dating! I wouldn't worry about running into an old ex. Sometimes it's just a coincidence, I suspect this is one of those times.

Hill, that's AMAZING! Go you! I can't even begin to fathom what you did, so I will simply applaud wildly and say that you definitely have earned some time off.

Beth, I hope you feel better soon.

I'm borrowing Drew's in-flight wifi to post this, so Ima get offline now. We should be landing in LA in an hour. Yay home.

Painkillers are making my brain be weird. Do not like this.

I wish I was at the beach. My brain is getting all jumpy. Beach is calming.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Not if your summer reading list includes Jaws.

No sharks. Only sand and waves and shells and sand dollars and seaweed and rocks and seagulls. Maybe fish. Definitely clams, blowing bubbles up through the sand. Boats and boogie boards. No sharks.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I hope your brain is chilling out, Hil.

I think I am too grumpy to start my bread dough for tomorrow tonight.

Being mean to your bread dough might make you feel better. The more you abuse it, the better it is.

But it won't be made with love!

I've got pizza, now, maybe that will cheer me up.
