Xander: We just saw the zebras mating! Thank you, very exciting... Willow: It was like the Heimlich, with stripes!

'Him'

Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Our wings are not tired.

I love him, but he's made my life very very very aggravating lately.

Oh I feel for you, Erin. Insert new puppy Cayenne into that sentence, and I feel the same way.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

No vacation for me until the end of the month.

Occasionally I’m callous and strange

Great, now he's home from the vet and cowering behind the fridge as though i'm going to hurt him terribly. or take him back to the vet, or bathe him, or just generally be nasty to him. Poor little guy, he's so frackin upset he refused to eat.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Yay, Hil!

I am happily tipsy and full from a pre-birthday dinner.

“Not dead yet!”

Aw, Cash-- he looks adorable! I love the pic of him leaning over the stool. Looks very contemplative.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Adorable!

Compassionately intolerant

I like the graduation photo. Owen's gown is nicer than any of my 3!

Erin, I hope the kitboy calms down quickly and everything turns out to be fine with him.

InOmeN, it would appear that I have my first actual date in 2 years this Saturday morning. My feelings...they are mixed. Like a big ol' cement mixer, typed mixed.

Plus, while I was at the Folklife Festival today, I bumped into the very worst boyfriend I've ever had...whom I have not seen, even in passing, for nearly 10 years. But there he was, big as life...or rather, since he's shorter than me...in the flesh.

Is that some sort of sign? I agree to see this new guy (met via okcupid, by the way) and then I see horriblex. I don't like the coinky-dinkness of it.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister
