It can't hurt to have nice nails. Maybe acrylics for now and you can take them off after your nails grow a bit?
Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Laga, probably just easier to trim them all short.
I really want to dye my hair purple.
I'd get a neutral manicure but skip the fake nails.
Part of the reason my nails often look ragged is I'm klutzy. It'd be a shame to spend a bunch of money on fake nails only to chip them too.
Laga, I would get a manicure in a light color that won't show little chips as much.
In that case, short and with neutral polish is definitely the way to go. When I got fake nails, it was because my own nails were ragged and bitten to the quick and there was really not much there to polish. Even then, I got the acrylics short because that's how I like to wear my nails.
The nurse not leaving the room is of particular concern to me.
I agree. Totally inappropriate and unprofessional.
Just for the geek factor, I need to post from 23500' while I'm using the in flight WiFi on Virgin America.
Here are the nails of my right hand. My index finger is the worst- it's concave.
Is the in flight WiFi complimentary?
