BTW, I was so frazzled, I think I forgot to post this yesterday. My ex-husband was in town for a few hours and called me. We were divorced about 20 years ago and I don't think I'd seen him for about 16. Our marriage ended with him cheating on me, being a general tool and my heart being thoroughly broken, so I was a little hesitant to get together, but he came over after work and we actually had a nice conversation.
He's always been a fascinating person, just a really damaged one. It seems like he's been really working on himself and has had two kids which has opened his heart a lot. It was good to see him more at home in the emotional world. It was also good that he told me I looked amazing, because I am TOTALLY shallow like that.
He's in wikipedia, oddly enough: [link]
Would that make chicken soup your pho?
It's certainly not her friend.
t /hauls out Gong Show gong, gives it a good whack
hmm, nothing about Pho for the Soul? Wish I wasn't on vacation so I could come up with a witty one for that.
I don't think I can ever forgive Trudy for failing to spell it
phriend,
as is CLEARLY required.
When I made tiramisu often, I tended to make it in the buff.
My extremely cisgender and vanilla Kinsey is well-nigh unskewable, but the mental image of naked Plei and tiramisu is making it wobble just a bit.
I can in theory walk to Pho. I should do that some time. It is one of my favorite things.
Heh. With the opening of a new restaurant down the street, I can now walk two blocks, and then go to four pho restaurants in five blocks.
shouldn't that be pho Pho restaurants in five blocks?

We have problems with faux pho ....
I's like to see a Photo of one of those soups you are talking about.
