In all seriousness, I second the chickpea curry idea -- but I probably wouldn't even bother with dividing it up. It's the kind of meal where the omnis often don't even miss having meat. Nummy.
you're right. I did that for a dinner once, and one of the meateaters ate the chickpea curry and loved it.
Curries tend to be labor and ingredient intensive, I am not above doctoring a bottle of TJ's curry sauce. adding a little coconut milk, cinnamon and coriander usually.

Apparently an instructor who didn't like her teaching assignment for next semester decided to sabotage the department... by converting things to pdfs.
Acrobat 9 lets you convert back to Word, if that helps. Still, that's a really weird form of sabotage. Raw fish in the air ducts, people. It's a classic for a reason.
So Aims mentioned baking cookies on FB and now Ellie and I have chocolate chips cookies baking in the oven. Yummy!
