Xander: I still don't get why we came here to get info about a killer snot monster. Giles: Because it's a killer snot monster from outer space. I did not say that.

Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Coding and Sleeping

I got nothing.

Computing tip I learned this weekend. Sometimes it is not best to not have a window displaying album art of the music playing when your daughter is watching you look up something. This album cover came up.

ETA: I'm feeding two omnivores, one vegetarian who doesn't like vegetables, and a vegan. Tricky.

chick pea curry? after you get it to simmering stage, divide into two pots and add shredded rotisserie chicken to one pot.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

In all seriousness, I second the chickpea curry idea -- but I probably wouldn't even bother with dividing it up. It's the kind of meal where the omnis often don't even miss having meat. Nummy.

I read that, and thought, when has amych had the opportunity to dine with Omnis_audis?

omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

How do we know I like it? Snerk.

Still at construction site. They are installing the theater seats. They are a nasty green color. Lighting designers will not like them. Actors will easily see when seats are empty. And they are all the same width, which is to say, not wide. Should be interesting.

you're right. I did that for a dinner once, and one of the meateaters ate the chickpea curry and loved it.

Curries tend to be labor and ingredient intensive, I am not above doctoring a bottle of TJ's curry sauce. adding a little coconut milk, cinnamon and coriander usually.

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

Butternut squash enchiladas are excellent: [link] You would just have to use vegan cream cheese and shredded cheese.
