Yes, she loves pasta and various sauces and cheese. She'll eat veggies, but she calls them bunny food (which is funny since she rescues rabbits and quite literally buys tons of fresh greens for her furry family every day).

In all seriousness, I second the chickpea curry idea -- but I probably wouldn't even bother with dividing it up. It's the kind of meal where the omnis often don't even miss having meat. Nummy.
