I noticed at the grocery store today that Us magazine had a cover story of Jon and Kate, with the big headline being that someone overheard one of the kids saying, "Mommy, you're mean!" The subheads were all about how horrible Kate is, in various other ways. Is there any mother on the planet who hasn't been told "You're mean" by a kid at some point? And with eight kids, it's bound to happen more often.
In other bad reality TV news, I found out that I'm three degrees of separation from the Real Housewives of New Jersey. I've watched a few episodes, and those people horrify me. And now I know that they also horrify their relatives.
