You're like my fairy godmother, and Santa Claus, and Q all wrapped up into one! Q from Bond, not Star Trek.

Spike's Bitches 44: It's about the rules having changed.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risqué (and frisqué), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

We won’t stop until everyone is gay.

Ooo, it's seanikins' birthday? YAY!!!! Happiest of happies, sean!

I did buy the purse, thanks for the recs on it.

Also, I found a link to instructions on making a baby/cat pouch: [link] complete with diagrams. Or if you would like, I could make one for you.

Thanks, Windsparrow! I'll take a look and see what I think.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

Oh GC, how horrible. Much love and many thoughts heading your way, loves.

Our wings are not tired.

Happy Birthday to Sean! I hope the year surpasses all expectations and is the best one to date.

"Fuck Western ideologically-motivated gender identification!" Sulu gasped, and came.

(((GC & DW)))

And also Happy Birthday to Sean!

“Not dead yet!”

The people across the cul-de-sac are having a pool built and there are noisy trucks and such right outside my office window and I'm irrationally annoyed by all of it.

It's nice to see some brave pretenders trying to make it interesting.

Happy Birthday, Sean!

Laura, I think it does have brownish tile on the floor. There's beige in places and white in places on the walls. Since paint will be the easiest quick fix I should think about brown.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Much ~ ma to you and DW, GC- you guys have had a rough time of it lately. I'm so sorry.

Mostly lurking...

Sean! Happy Birthday, dude!

So, last night was the Honors Program Reception for the seniors. I got my Honors Medal! Joyce, the program coordinator, writes these beautiful profiles about each graduate. I totally cracked up because she included the Buffistas. We are fans and scholars! So, go watch: [link]

"We're all stories, in the end. Just make it a good one, eh?"

vw bug, congrats on the Honors Medal! The Buffista mention was wicked cool.

I'm at that point in my paper where I think I'm saying something really original. I never am, but it's always an exciting point anyway. Today's endeavour: using slightly complex sociological terms when I'm not sure I completely understand them. Or understand them at all, in the case of 'relations of production'. Also, name-checking British social policies that annoy me and getting to rant about them for credit. Nice.

"And that's why God Almighty gave us fire insurance and the public defender".

Happy birthday, Sean!

And vw, congrats! That is impressive. I love what you wear on the vid and your smile after mentioning b.org, followed by the-so-familiar-sound-of-geeky-laugh-when-BtVS-is-mentioned.

After spending most of the past 7 years of my life around sci-fi and mostly Buffy watchers, I'm the one who thinks it's weird if people don't know this show, or didn't feel anything while watching it. There's the usual moment when they're embarrassed on my behalf for, I don't know, declaring my fandom love with strict face and nothing but seriousness, and then they realize that I'm the one who is embarrassed on their behalf, for not having this awesome experience of fandom in their lives. I still never figured out the look on their faces after the second moment.

Anyway, congrats again!
