My migraine-addled brain is honored but still confused.
I gotta talk to my doctor about a better migraine drug than the weak-ass one I take. IIRC, my doctor didn't want to try Imitrex and other triptans unless we *had* to, because of some scary side effect -- maybe heart stuff? So what I take is a fairly older drug that's a combination of tylenol, chloral hydrate, and isometheptene (which constricts blood vessels). It's kind of crap, but often works if I take it early enough.
This time, I did not take it early enough. Sometimes I can't tell if it's sinus or migraine. I chose sinus yesterday. I chose poorly.
It's like the elephant kicking my face is also stabbing me with an ice pick. That's one talented elephant.
I experimentally had only one cup of coffee this morning.
No headache. First time in weeks.
So now my question is, WTF, coffee? I thought we had a good thing going here! Why are you breaking up with me????
Thanks sj. The ibu's helping, so hopefully, this is just a mild bug. The only problem right now is I'm hungry and just not ambitious enough to anything about it.

Me too! There were three shots of espresso in it, and it was a big cup, but there was only one container.
And kudos to the local Caribou Coffee, with it's kind barristas who clearly speak "undercaffienated." From turning my mumbles into a large cappuccino to gently directing me to the ginormous display of packaged coffee (I'd run out, hence my morning problems) to "The door's on the left. Er, the other left," they gently helped me through the first, fuzziest part of my day.

With all the talk past few days of singleness, and how there are remarkable cross posts of "nobody could live with me because I..." I'm thinking an ad in Craigslist to start the Elenor Rigby Society or something. If we get all the lonely people together, might have a better chance of them not being so lonely.
That is all I got as far as brilliance. Spent within the first few minutes of being awake. Done for the day. So, that means I should go to work and be a zombie for a few hours.

Jess, coffee did that to me, too. It reminds me if I forget. I'm down to a large morning cup and then a mid-morning half-caff. Ugh.
