Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

if only I had put teaching you to drive stick at a higher priority, I could lend you my car.

One day I must still learn stick.

ER last night. My parents got to see me on dilaudid. Oops.

Watching Olympics: Men's 4x100 relay OW! Poor US. Poor three other countries. My heart breaks. Same with women's.

I have always loved that people run with ITA on their shirts.

I like that msbelle had a Playboy subscription. Never would have guessed.

Cute Grace. My mother was charmed about the ice cream.

I always love your stories about your family, ita. How did you all get to be so interesting? Is it just a gift, or was it in the water?

Is that a polite code for "batshit crazy"? I won't be hurt. You can 'fess up.

I was happy to see Alex Despatie medal, but I have fallen for He Chong. Such a cute little package of spring.

We're very stretchy. - Connie Neil

I'm watching the day's coverage on dvr-delay before getting to tonight's. I recorded it partially for the equestrian stuff, but mostly for the decathlon, which I've been a fan of ever since I saw Bruce Jenner in Montreal back in 1976. Yes, I was only ten years old, but he was my second Olympics crush (Franz Klammer was my first in that year's winter games).

I think I have a new Olympics crush now, my first of these games--Bryan Clay. He is very goodlooking, and currently leading (they just finished with the shot put as I'm typing this).

Oh, yeah. I'm easy for the decathlon at the best of times, and he makes it easier.

It is not. Unless "batshit crazy" also means "endlessly fascinating." And even if it was, I notice that you say you won't be hurt, but there are no guarantees of my safety.

ita, I didn't realize your parents were already here. Would it be possible to see all of you and for them to meet Noah?

Busted.

It only took me, what, seven, eight years? But I finally picked up on the pattern.
